Pre-op: This patient is a 27 yo mother of three who is 5 foot 2 inches tall, 116 pounds and wears a 36A-B bra. She requested breast enhancement to a full C cup.
Post-op: Because of her height and relative short vertical chest, Dr. Moore felt this patient would do best with round, smooth, 300cc, moderate profile, saline implants. Dr. Moore used a level II biplanar approach, placing the implants underneath the pectoralis muscle after releasing the muscle from the overlying skin in order to achieve maximum projection in the lower half of the breast while preserving maximal upper pole contour that should ideally last a lifetime, even after the patient has lost more upper pole breast tissue with normal changes of aging.
