Pre-op: This lady is a 24 year old mother of two children who went from a pregnant 34C cup to a post pregnant 34 B cup. She wished to enhance her breasts even further to requested 34D cup.
Post-op: Patient is shown 4 months after breast augmentation with 500cc round, smooth, silicone implants placed through an inframammary incision underneath her pectoralis muscle. Dr. Moore cautioned her pre-operatively that he feels implants larger than 350cc are more prone to post-operative adverse effects such as thinning of the skin/breast tissue, increased chance of visible or palpable edges and eventual ptosis (sagging) of the breasts requiring future surgery to lift the heavier implants back into a more ideal position. This patient accepted those potential problems. She was grateful Dr. Moore listened to her desires and was happy that he was both willing and able to achieve the full D cup she wanted.
