Pre-op: This patient is a 31-year-old female who wears a size 36C bra. She is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She is concerned about lack of fullness and projection of her breasts as well as drooping of her breasts. Because her nipples were right at the inframammary crease with stage 2 ptosis, she required a mastopexy at the same time as augmentation.

Post-op (4 months): Patient had a vertical mastopexy and submuscular augmentation with 375 cc smooth, round, saline implants and removal of about 30 grams of tissue on the right side. She now appears fuller, more symmetrical, and is a D cup.

The patient is quite pleased with the size, shape, and position of her breasts.
