BILATERAL BREAST AUGMENATION AND LIFT
Patient is 5 feet 5 inches and 128 pounds. Following three pregnancies she is unhappy with the overall shape of her breasts and her downward pointing nipple-areolar complex. Her nipple is well below her inframammary crease so a lift is required as well as her augmentation. One year postoperative pictures following submuscular augmentation with 421 cc moderate profile, silicone, smooth implants in a submuscular position and a short scar, inverted T lift has brought her from a 38B cup to a 38C cup with much better shape, upper pole fullness, and ideal position of her nipple at the most projecting point of her new breast mound.
